About CVS

Vision Science is a large discipline at the ANU that is found in several teaching and research faculties and several large research institutes. About 85 research staff participate in all forms of vision science from machine vision, to neurophysiology, behaviour and cognition. The scale of analysis ranges from molecular to systems approaches and covers insect, vertebrate and human visual systems. Topics such as disease and development of the human visual system are also covered. CVS works to connect and sustain the component parts of the ANU vision science community.
